The apartment was very spacious and very clean. Close to a supermarket which was great as we purchased fresh fruits, cheeses and breakfast foods. It is also in a perfect location, close to restaurants, shopping and a 5 minute walk to the Rialto bridge and market. Perfect for a family. The owner was great ! She got us water taxis to and from the train station and was always available if we had any concerns.

The location was awesome. We were right in the heart of the neighborhood. Is easy to get to shopping and restaurants. All of the major attractions were a short walk.

We had trouble getting the air conditioning to work. I contacted the property manager who responded immediately trying to assist via messaging and as it was late in the day organized maintenance to come to repair the next morning. For our departure, I messaged for directions and they very kindly arranged a water taxi for us.

Apartment is in the heart of Venice, 5-min walk from San-Marko piazze. Apartment is big (approximately 90 m sq) and well equipped. Check-in is simple.

The location was perfect. The apartment was bigger than what you would expect in Venice and very central and easy to get to from the water taxi. It was very comfortable and the air conditioning made it a perfect haven during the hot days. Even though it was in the middle of busy Venice, the apartment was peaceful and quiet.

Amazing location! So close to the Rialto Bridge. There was a great supermarket a few minutes walk away. Wonderful restaurants and shops very close by. The host was accommodating to fix issues the following day. The coffee pod machine was great. The whole apartment, except for the bathrooms, was very spacious.

The host provided us all the details we needed for our stay. The instructions given were clear and we were also given the exact location on google maps. The host also helped us arrange a private transfer from the train station which was very convenient since we didnt need to walk longer and carry our heavy luggage to the apartment. The apartment was very spacious, cozy, and located near the Rialto bridge. The apartment also has complete appliances and utensils.
